Welcome to Mienterbos, located on the beautiful Mienterglop avenue in the charming seaside resort of De Koog on Texel. This small-scale park has two identical luxury 6-person holiday villas: on the left is the stylish pastel blue villa “Duinglop”, and on the right is the warm pastel pink version “Heideglop”.

Livingroom and kitchen
The living room exudes tranquillity and contentment: a spacious layout with plenty of natural light, open space and views over the surrounding countryside. The large windows and French doors connect the indoors and outdoors: in summer, you can literally bring the outdoors into your living room. The interior is decorated with natural materials and fresh Texel colours: soft pastels in the pink house (right: “Heideglop”) and calmer cool blue tones in the blue house (left: “Duinglop”), giving each house its own character. Here you will find comfortable seating, a smart TV and enough space to relax together after a day at the beach or a walk in the woods.
The kitchen is modern, luxurious and fully integrated into the living concept: an open-plan kitchen where cooking and socialising go hand in hand. The kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences, such as a Quooker tap, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and a combi oven.

The villas have three bedrooms: one on the ground floor and two on the first floor.
Each bedroom is equipped with high-quality box-spring beds and a smart TV, so you can relax and unwind in the evening.
The ground floor bedroom offers direct access to the garden, ideal if you have limited mobility or simply prefer to have everything on one level.
There are two spacious bathrooms per villa: one on the first floor and one on the ground floor.
Both bathrooms have a modern finish and are equipped with high-quality sanitary facilities such as a wall-mounted toilet, washbasin and walk-in shower.
The bathroom on the ground floor is directly adjacent to the ground floor bedroom, offering extra comfort and convenience.
Garden Mienterbos
Spacious layout around the villas: the plot is large, with plenty of space for greenery, fruit trees and side views of the surrounding farmland. An orchard and a greenhouse are part of the outdoor space. Unobstructed view: from the terrace or from the living room, you look out over the farmland, giving the garden an open yet private atmosphere. The garden is part of the luxurious accommodation, intended for outdoor relaxation, with grass, a terrace, an orchard and a greenhouse – the ideal setting for rest, barbecues, drinks or simply sitting and watching.
Accessibility
Both holiday homes have a lift and handrails have been installed in the shower.
