The spacious living room has a comfortable sitting area with a fireplace, smart TV and music system. There is also a spacious dining area with a large dining table for six people. The open kitchen is fully equipped with various built-in appliances, such as a fridge with freezer compartment, combination microwave, steam oven, dishwasher, Quooker and coffee machine.
The warm atmosphere and spacious layout make this the perfect place for long, cosy evenings with family or friends, dining together, playing games or relaxing and reminiscing about a wonderful day on Texel.
Luxury bedrooms with bathroom
There is one bedroom on the ground floor with an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a walk-in shower with two rain showers and a double sink.
On the first floor of Buytenplaats, there are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. These bathrooms have a spacious walk-in shower and bathtub. All bedrooms in the house have comfortable box-spring beds and a television. The beds are made up as standard and towels are provided for you.
Enjoy a wood-fired hot tub under the stars
At your villa, you can enjoy a private wood-fired hot tub, suitable for up to four people. Both in summer and winter, this is the perfect place to completely unwind. Just imagine: a clear evening, the stars twinkling above you, and you relaxing together in the warm water with a delicious drink. The fresh air, the tranquillity of nature and the crackling wood fire make for an unforgettable, romantic moment. Bathrobes are provided. Please note: villa number 193 does not have a hot tub.

Outdoor cooking takes on a whole new dimension with the Big Green Egg BBQ in your own outdoor kitchen. Get cooking and enjoy long, flavourful evenings in the open air.
Treat yourself to honest, quality meat from the traditional butcher, such as the famous Texel lamb, and taste the pure flavours of the island.
Bring your four-legged friend along
Pets are welcome at Villapark Buytenplaats. A large number of villas are specially equipped for a stay with your four-legged friend, while other villas are deliberately kept pet-free. The villa's garden is fenced, partly with a fence and partly with a characteristic Texel tuunwal, so that you and your pet can safely enjoy the outdoors. Within the villa park, we ask that you always keep your pet on a leash. For hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed on the furniture or on the upper floors. In addition, pets may not be left alone in the villa unless they are in a crate or cage.
Have your sandwiches delivered
Start your day with fresh bread rolls from Broodjes Service Texel, delivered directly to your villa. Choose your favourites and enjoy freshly baked bread rolls, buns or croissants in the morning without having to go to the shop. You can easily order in advance via the Broodjes Service Texel website or via the brochure in your holiday home.
Bicycle hire
Discover Texel by bicycle! Whether you want to take a short ride along the beach or a longer trip through the dunes and villages, we have the right bicycle for everyone. From city bicycles and e-bikes to children's bicycles and sporty models.
If you reserve your bikes well in advance, you have the option of having them delivered to and collected from your rented villa at Villapark Buytenplaats. The bikes will then be ready for you upon arrival. You can also charge your electric bike at the villa's charging point.
