Luxurious and sustainable 6-persons holiday villa located at the edge of seaside resort De Koog, near beach and forest. The shape of these high-end villa is inspired by the typical Texel sheep fine and each has a wide view over Texel's vast meadows trough the transparent frontage. This is an absolutely top segment house with a unique and tasteful design.

Livingroom

The spacious living room features a sitting area with fireplace, smart TV and music system. There is a dining area with a large dining table for 6. The open kitchen is fully equipped with various appliances, such as frigde-freezer, combination microwave oven, steam over, dishwasher, Quooker and coffee maker.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

There is 1 bedroom on the ground floor with en suite bathroom, equipped with walk-in shower with two rain showers and double sink. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. These bathrooms have a spacious walk-in shower and bathtub. All bedrooms in the house have comfortable box-spring beds and a TV. The beds are made as standard and towels are provided.

Garden

The living area is directly connected to the terrace through sliding doors. The terrace has garden furniture and faces south. There is a complete outdoor kitchen with The Bastard BBQ. The wood-fired hot tub can be used all year round, both in summer and winter. Enjoy the wonderful smell, the sound of nature, the flaming wood fire and the stars in the sky. Pure enjoyment.

General

Zero energy homes. Washing machine, tumble dryer and children's furniture are provided. Free Wifi and additional German channels. Charging points for an electric car and electric bicycles. Heating and cooling of the villa is achieved by a heat pump. By means of underfloor heating and cooling, a pleasant temperature lower than the outside temperature can be achieved even in summer.
