Why does Texelvakanties process your data?
Texelvakanties processes the data in order to make your booking possible.
We process your personal data on the basis of the agreement you have made with Texelvakanties. Afterwards this data is stored on the basis of justified interest, in order to be able to help you quickly with your next booking.
The data which is stored if you wish to receive a newsletter is obtained on the basis of permission.
Personal data which we process
Texelvakanties processes your personal data because you make use of our services and/or because you supply us with this data yourself. Below you will find an overview of the personal data we process:
First and last name and gender.
We process this so that when we correspond with you we can address you as Mr or Mrs + your surname. We also use your first and last name when we send something in the post.
Date of birth
This is how we know when you are entitled to the 60+ discount. We also know whether you are bringing children (for the cots and high chairs), whether you are of age and whether there may be an extra deposit.
Address data
Your address data are collected to send you the travel documents by post after booking.
Phone number
This will allow us to keep you informed of any changes or additions so that your holiday is always to your liking.
E-mail address
You will receive the booking confirmation by e-mail. An e-mail is also sent when payment is expected and we confirm payments by e-mail. Before arrival, you will receive a welcome e-mail. After arrival, we will ask you to complete a survey so that we can improve our service. In addition, your email may be used to inform you of changes to our services and products.

Travel company
We store what your travel party is so that we can best prepare for your arrival and advise you on the accommodation we offer.
