Has been renting out for over 30 years
Texelvakanties has been managing and letting holiday homes, villas, country houses, bungalows and flats with lots of comfort and privacy for over 30 years. Texelvakanties lets around 150 accommodations in total. Over half of these are part of apartment complex Juliana on Badweg in De Koog. From the magnificent flats with balconies, guests have a majestic view of the North Sea and/or the island.
At walking distance from the centre of De Koog is Villapark Kamperfoelie, a small-scale five-star park with 36 luxury villas. A hidden paradise with much attention to the gardens around the villas.
Since a few years, we also manage the luxury Villapark Buytenplaats near seaside resort De Koog and nature Villapark Waalerburght in the middle of nature reserve Waalenburg, the heart of Texel.
Besides the various parks, we also have various accommodations in the middle of the Texel forest or on the edge of the National Park Dunes of Texel, or flats in the centre of De Koog.
High standards and reliable
Texelvakanties places high demands on the houses that are rented out. "They must offer a lot of comfort and be in a special location. Our guests want to experience the island feeling. They are looking for peace and space, with tidy gardens and privacy or luxury flats with a sea view. Precisely these special locations are our great strength," Rob van der Werff and Marian Feil tell us. "Our target group wants to have it better on holiday than at home. The trick is to surprise your guests then too. The nicest thing you can hear is that when they check out, they say: this is where I would like to live." All holiday accommodation is located in and around De Koog. "Close to the sea and close to the cosiness of the village."
Since 5 years, Texelvakanties has had an exclusive attraction. In cooperation with the glider club, guests can use the Texelvakanties - glider at a reduced rate. Stick handed over
In 2022, Rob and Marian handed over the baton to daughter Carmen and her partner Martijn. They continue the line of high quality and enjoy being in touch with guests and homeowners. "We really like the short lines of communication with both guests and owners, it should be clear that we as Texelvakanties can always mean something".
In 2023, they separated the luxury branch from Texelvakanties and launched a new website under the name LandhuizenTexel. "With this, we are even more responsive to the changing wishes and needs and we have a stronger profile for owners of holiday homes".
Texelvakanties and LandhuizenTexel consist of a team of about 20 people, a nice mix of islanders and Nieuwediepers (Den Helder) who reinforce each other in the office, reception, control, technical service and cleaning. Take a look at "Blogs" to get to know our whole team.
