We have been letting holiday homes on Texel for over 35 years. It all began with the conversion of the Badhotel Prinses Juliana into the Juliana apartment complex.
The portfolio was expanded to include Villapark Kamperfoelie in De Koog, and the name Exclusief Bemiddeling BV soon emerged. This was because both projects were, at the time, the absolute best in holiday rentals. We now rent out and manage over 150 holiday homes on Texel under the names Texelvakanties and LandhuizenTexel.

Of course, it’s nice to be able to hand everything over to us, but you also want to get a good return on your investment. Texelvakanties charges a commission and ensures the highest possible occupancy rate. A high proportion of guests return to us after their first visit. As an owner, you have access to your own dashboard with an up-to-date overview:

Through carefully crafted marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google and social media, we attract guests to your property. We actively advertise in multiple languages and countries, with a strong focus on the Dutch and German markets. In addition, we work with a professional marketing agency to ensure your accommodation is optimally visible to the right target audience.
