Stargazing
Winternight are often cloudless and that makes it perfect to look at the stars here! Since Texel is also one of the darkest places in the Netherlands. Watch evenings are regularly organized at the Ecomare observatory by the Volkssterrenwacht and professor mister De Jager. You can view the starry sky through a telescope! Book in advance. It is really worth it! If it is still too cloudy, a planetarium show will be shown.
