You might have wondered before: Who are the people you see during the cleaning process, carrying bed linen, towels, and other essentials to make your accommodation perfectly ready again? We are pleased to introduce them as our inspection team. In the following piece, you can learn more about this team and their daily activities.

Winter has passed. The renovation of kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and other various tasks have been completed. The winter cleanings and inventory checks of the apartments, houses, and villas are done. These months are quite different from the busy turnover days. We've seen and spoken with various owners who were on the island for their winter projects. Spring has arrived, and the garden sets can be unfolded and displayed. That gives a good feeling. We are all set! Bring on the busy yet enjoyable turnover days. In the morning, the members of the inspection team gradually arrive. With a cup of coffee and a friendly chat, we go over everything and finalize the last preparations. Then everyone goes their own way. The cars are well-stocked with clean bed linen, towels, Rituals bath sets, and welcome gifts. Our day can also begin at Juliana, where our carts are ready upstairs. With a smile and cheerful singing, the start is made. Various guests are already passing by with their luggage carts loaded with suitcases. Their stay is over, and it’s nice to hear them say they are sad to leave. We happily bid them farewell with: ‘Safe travels and see you next time!’ Then we get to work, and around three o'clock, the first new guests arrive. After each departure from Den Helder, more guests reach their destination, and we greet everyone with a smile. After having our initial coffee, it's time to clean up, so we are ready for the next turnover!
